Choose your date/time, confirm the crew size, and place a refundable security deposit. You’ll receive a confirmation email with entry instructions, Wi‑Fi, parking details, and an itemized gear list for your session.

• Deposit: required to reserve the slot; applied toward damage only if needed.
• Confirmation: includes a unique door code that activates 10 minutes before your booking.
• Add-ons: request seamless paper, extra strobe heads, or fog machine in your quote request.

• 48+ hours: free reschedule or full refund (minus payment processing, if applicable).
• 24–48 hours: reschedule with a small admin fee; refunds are partial.
• <24 hours: charges apply because we typically can’t refill the slot.
• No‑show: treated as used time; security deposit is still refundable if no damage.

If weather or building issues prevent access, we reschedule at no cost. If you’re running late, see the overtime answer below.

Overtime is billed in 15‑minute increments after a 5‑minute grace period, provided there is no booking immediately after yours.

2. If approved, you’ll receive a payment link for the added time.
3. When there’s a back‑to‑back booking, we can’t extend—please plan your wrap and load‑out within your slot.

Standard rental includes:

• 2× studio strobes (Bowens mount), power cables, sync options
• 1× large softbox, 1× stripbox, 1× standard reflector
• 3× light stands, 1× C-stand with boom
• Sandbags, clamps, apple box, basic grip

Need continuous lights, projector, or extra heads? Request a quote—availability varies by date.

Yes—music is allowed at a reasonable level. Please keep bass under control and avoid propped-open doors that leak sound into the hallway.

• Quiet hours: 9:00pm–8:00am (lower volume; no subwoofers).
• Audio recording: we can’t guarantee silence—plan for room tone or bring close mics.
• Complaints: repeated violations can end the session without refund.

The studio is optimized for up to 12 people (talent + crew). Larger teams can be approved in advance depending on the setup.

• For 13–18 people, we may add a small facility fee for extra wear/cleaning.
• For 19+ people, we require advance approval and a dedicated on‑site host.
• Emergency exits must remain clear—no blocking with cases or set pieces.

Yes—common options:

• Weekday blocks: reduced rate for off-peak Monday–Thursday.
• Half-day / full-day: better hourly rate than single-hour bookings.
• Recurring clients: custom pricing for monthly volumes.

Discounts aren’t automatic—send your dates and expected frequency in the quote request.

We have short-term loading by the entrance and street parking nearby. Please unload quickly and move vehicles so others can access the lane.

• Do not block fire lanes, hydrants, or building access points.
• If you need longer load-in time, arrive 10 minutes early and coordinate with your team.
• For box trucks, let us know in advance so we can suggest the best approach.

Yes—keep food/drinks away from strobes, paper backdrops, and cables. Use covered cups on set and wipe spills immediately.

• No open liquids on the cyclorama or near power strips.
• Glitter, confetti, and loose powders require prior approval and an added cleaning fee.
• Smoking/vaping inside is not allowed.

For small personal shoots, insurance is optional. For commercial productions, larger crews, or special equipment, we may require a certificate of insurance.

• General liability coverage is the most common requirement.
• If you’re bringing rentals, consider equipment coverage for your own gear.
• Ask us in the quote request and we’ll confirm based on your shoot type.
